Pastor Roy H. grant

Pastor Roy H. Grant has been involved in ministry at Calvary Gospel Church since his father, Pastor John W. Grant took over as Senior Pastor in 1972. Roy is the Pastor Of Student Ministries which includes all areas of Sunday School, Youth and Campus Ministries. Roy is also the senior Pastor in charge of Calvary Christian Academy and Kids Depot Childcare.

Prior to his involvement as Pastor Of Student Ministries, Roy held positions as a teacher in Calvary Christian Academy and Sunday School as well as working hard on the Bus Ministry Team and also serving as the CGC Youth Director.

In addition to these duties, Roy also oversees all special events and yearly neighborhood outreach efforts such as our Veteran's Day Celebration and Summer Fun Fest.

Prior to joining the staff at Calvary Gospel Church, Roy worked as a plumber for 20 years, owning and operating his own business for the last 5 years of that profession.

Roy received his minister's license in 2006 from the United Pentecostal Church, International.

In 1981, Roy married his sweetheart, Lois, and they have one child - Lona.
